Pink sheets are like the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) but for private companies. Pink sheets however provide daily publications on the bid and ask prices of Over-The-Counter (OTC) stocks. In addition, investors that trade securities or stocks through Pink Sheets do not have to file financial information with regulators which means they can keep their financial anonymity from the public as you have to be a member to be able to access the Over-The-Counter (OTC) market.
